Orders and Delivery
When are orders dispatched for delivery?
Our standard production time is 8 – 10 working days + shipping.
Which courier service is used for UK mainland deliveries?
We use DPD courier for the majority of our UK mainland deliveries. DPD provides a one-hour time slot for delivery by text or email.
Are deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland different?
Yes, delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland will incur an additional charge and may take an extra day for delivery. Please select the appropriate delivery option when processing your order to avoid any delay.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes, all shipments are insured. Please check your delivery before signing for it. If any products have been damaged in transit, refuse delivery with the courier or notify us within 48hrs to start a claim process.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Keep all packaging and/or artwork as found and notify us within 48hrs of the item arriving in damaged condition. Photographic evidence is usually required to process a claim or exchange.

If you receive an order with an issue or error, notify us within 48hrs of the item arriving. Photographic evidence will be required to address the issue internally and to re-process your order.
How are products packaged for delivery?
All products are individually wrapped and packaged. Multiple orders are bundled together.
What happens if I need to return a product?
In most cases, returns are related to damages or errors. Please notify us within 48hrs of receipt, providing photographic evidence of the damage or error, to be eligible for a claim or exchange. We will endeavour to repair or remake any products as soon as possible.
