Delivery & Insurance
Our Standard turnaround time is 8 – 10 working days. Lead times may vary from the typical timescale depending on the shipping destination.
Completed Orders placed before 1pm are usually processed the same day.
Orders are sent for delivery on Monday-Friday 8am – 5:30pm as standard.
Dispatch

Delivery
We use DPD courier to carry out the majority of all our UK mainland deliveries. DPD provides a one hour time slot delivery by text or email. All UK mainland deliveries are dispatched on a next working day service.
Due to carrier restrictions, delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland will incur an additional charge and may take an extra day for delivery. Please select this delivery option when processing the order to avoid any delay.
Delivery Insurance & Return
Insurance
All shipments are insured. Please CHECK your delivery before signing for it. If any of our products have been damaged in transit, refuse delivery with the courier. If this is not possible please notify us within 48hrs so that we can start a claim process and look to reproduce your order as soon as possible.
Returns Policy
You should keep all packaging and/or artwork as found and notify us within 48hrs of the item arriving in damaged condition to be eligible for a claim or exchange. In most cases photographic evidence is required of any damage in order to process a claim.
Order Errors
In the event that you receive an order with an issue or error you must notify us within 48hrs of the item arriving. We will require photographic evidence to raise this with the relevant team internally and to get your order re-processed. We will endeavour to repair or remake any products as soon as possible.

As standard all products are individually wrapped and Multiple orders are bundled together.
